After visiting Mad King Ludwig’s castle, we came here…
To a crystal clear mountain lake…
In Austria…
Called Plansee…
Which was only about half an hour from the castle in Germany…
For a hike...
And to play a little...
Because we find playground equipment everywhere...
Even a simple bar will do.
An enchanted castle in the morning, a walk around a quiet mountain lake
in Austria in the afternoon.
We were clearly spoiled while living in Europe.
But you can do this here…
Make a short drive from Germany that is to go hiking around a lake in
the Austrian Alps.
I could live here.
But if you should ever come to this beautiful mountain setting in Austria,
watch out for the deer.
Apparently they have unusually large alien-like eyes here.
